The food we put in our bodies will impact how we think, how we feel, how we behave, and thereby indirectly, how our souls evolve. For example, if we drink a lots of coffee, it can affect our brain’s functioning, so that we get a short-term boost in productivity. However, in the long run, this can cost us through potential increased anxiety, and adrenal fatigue, which leads to even greater tiredness! Similarly, with eating lots of white sugar, the same principles apply, along with the boost of energy, and end result of potential increased Exhaustion, potential mood swings or depression, and depletion of our immune strength.
