Drills
The following are working drills that Metuka has developed to help you with sustainable transformation.
K.I.T. Drill
K.= Knowledge
I.= Insight
T.= Transformation
1. People acquire knowledge.
2. People get an insight.
3. Most people do not make the insight into a transformation in their life and therefore it dies.
example of transformation
1. A man is told it is not elegant to lick his fingers at the dinner table. He researches this and agrees.
2. He gets the insight that he does not want to do this and it is not serving him well.
3. He transforms that attribute and is no longer interested in that behaviour any more and it is absolutely no work for him. He has transformed.

Rock Drill
1. Identify the rock and set an intention to walk to it, pick it up and walk back.
2. Walk to the rock, without distraction, pick it up and turn around.
3. Walk back with the rock. Then leave the rock and forget about it.
example of transformation
A man builds a chair. Sits down on it. Then he takes it apart and uses it for firewood, with no upset, no regret.
